I decided to go with the Motorola Moto X for one reason and only one reason... It is the only phone I could find that is designed and assembled in the USA.
The Motorola website boasts that it is "The only smartphone assembled in the U.S.A."
I don't know where all the parts come from, but at least part of the manufacturing process supports our grand country.
It's only been a week, but so far, I'm really enjoying the phone. The camera's pretty good and can be activated by flicking your wrist, even when the phone is locked. Additionally, the editing software that comes with it has some fun options. The voice activated "OK Google, Now" is pretty impressive, too.
